For letting agents & portfolio managers of stand-alone properties. 4% includes;

  • Complete pre-tenancy process (statutory/right to rent checks & arranging and managing reference checks, tenancy agreements)
  • Full tenancy management (maintenance and arising issues and inspection)
  • All post tenancy administration (dilapidations or renewal)

Additional charges

  • Elite Class Referencing at £25 plus VAT per head (unless Property Protect taken)
  • EPC if necessary: £99
  • Gas safety Check if applicable: £99
  • Maintenance if required*: £125 (Guide price per call out, plus parts)

Available Extras

  • Inventory/check in combined: £155
  • Check out: £105

PLUS Tenant Find (including viewings): £499.

Minimum fee of £395 pa plus VAT applies.

Where Agents wish to outsource the complete management process for their institutional developments. 4% includes;

  • Complete pre-tenancy process (statutory/right to rent, arranging and managing referencing, checks, tenancy agreements inventory & check-in/out on staffed sites)
  • Inventory and check-in/outs on fully staffed sites. Inventory only on non-staffed
  • Full tenancy management (maintenance and arising issues and inspection)
  • All post tenancy administration (dilapidations or renewal)

Additional charges

  • Elite Class Referencing at £25 plus VAT per head (unless Property Protect taken)
  • Staff at an hourly rate (indication; Building Manager £15.5 per hour)
  • EPC if necessary: £99
  • Gas safety Check if applicable: £99
  • Maintenance if required*: £125 (Guide price per call out, plus parts)
  • Check-in/out fees on non-staffed sites
  • Additional charges for communal management may apply depending on site complexity
